If you are disabled with a permanent disability, the USGS America the Beautiful program is offering free lifetime access passes to the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands.

The website lists the various forms of identification required to prove a disability. The pass will grant you and your family into the more than 2,000 recreation sites managed by five Federal agencies.

This would be great for those long road trips across the country to really get to see and experience the beauty this country beholds.
