Why You Should Add Best Buy Reward Zone Points to Your Mileage Portfolio?

Can the Best Buy Reward Zone program benefit you and your family this year? The answer is you betcha. Here is the key though. I am going to assume you value the cost of traveling more than some over-priced electronics from Best Buy.

Last week we wrote about a unique opportunity to earn some free Best Buy Reward Zone points courtesy of their Facebook page. This week the Best Buy Reward Zone Facebook page added a new one-question survey, allowing you to earn a free 25 points. Just be sure to click the User Poll after signing into the Facebook application.

Best Buy Reward Zone Facebook Surveys for Points

Then after you are done, click on the Ultimate Space tab and design your Living Room electronics to earn an additional free 50 points.

The reality is 25 or 50 points means nothing. However, if you pair it with additional free points courtesy of the Audience Rewards program, and the feasibility that the Best Buy Reward Zone page continues to offer free points via their Facebook page, it can be pretty lucrative considering it only takes a couple moments of time.

Maybe a better way to explain 25 Best Buy Reward Zone points is to say it earns you 11 US Airways Dividend or Hawaiian Air miles. Or what about 6 American Airline AAdvantage or United MileagePlus miles? Now assume these surveys and applications happen once per week (or even daily recently), and you partake in Audience Rewards to earn free Best Buy Reward Zone points, and you can see the benefits quickly add up.

Think the reward is far to small to bother? Anytime anyone is giving away miles or points for free, in my opinion it is worth our time. Never leave free money on the table. You would not leave a quarter found on the ground; so why leave free miles?

At the end of 2013, the advantage of earning some Best Buy Reward Zone points is that you than have the possibility of being able to transfer them into airline mile or other point programs. With a little luck, the US Airways Grand Slam promotion may also return this year, which having rouge points available for transferring could be an easy multiplier to earn bonus miles.
