Update: Thanks to a reader comment, Mexico Travel Company is who the offer is through after you purchase it from NoMoreRack. Looking up some quick reviews of Mexico Travel Company, they do not appear to have the best reputation. Proceed accordingly.
A co-worker just alerted me to a deal on a site I was not aware of, NoMoreRack.com. They are a similar format to Groupon, and offer 8 deals per day. One of the deals for today is a $99 Carnival Cruise for 2 adults sailing 5 days/4 nights.
Itineraries offered include Nassau or Key West/Cozumel.
In addition to the $99 cost, there is an additional $198 per person charged for taxes and fees.
The voucher is valid for one year and must be booked 45 days in advance. The offer does have a couple of blackout dates around the New Year, Christmas, and Thanksgiving holidays, but otherwise it appears wide open.
This deal ends today at 11:59 AM EST, unless they sell out sooner.
My heart is running rampant thinking we should jump on this offer, since it breaks down to less than $100/day for two adults. However, I think we are going to have to pass since we already are pretty booked.

The travel company associated with this deal is rampant with fraud/scam reviews all over the internet.
@Trish: Thanks for the heads up on Mexico Travel Company; I will get that updated in the post! I will say I know people who have had positive experiences with NoMoreRack, so maybe they would help stand behind their product.
