On Saturday, June 29, 2013, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in California is offering discounted tickets with a portion of the proceeds supporting the Make-A-Wish foundation.

Per the email they sent out,

-Use promo code WISH when purchasing the ticket at Six Flags.com.

-$35.53 per ticket that includes a private ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet lunch from 11am to 1pm which includes unlimited hamburgers, hot dogs, vegetarian chili, cheese, potato chips, ice cream bars, & Coca Cola beverages.

-$20.49 per ticket that includes a private ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet lunch if you are a current or former wish recipient (not available online, need to contact Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish at 415-982-9474 (M-F, 9am to 5pm) or Six Flags at Direct: (707) 556-5231 Email: kDixon@sftp.com

-You get to get into the park a half hour early before it opens to the general public who did not buy the ticket with this special promo code – basically you are in from 10am to 9pm

-You get one FREE parking pass for every 4 tickets you purchased, so two parking passes if you purchase 8 tickets, etc. (automatically included at checkout)

-A special dolphin show for Make-A-Wish ticket holders

-BEST OF ALL, $2 of each ticket goes back to the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation!

This ends up being a fantastic deal, which also supports a great charity. If I was anywhere near the park, I would be taking part in this event.
