2014 MOTHER’S DAY INCREASED DISCOVER CASHBACK BONUS – For most of the country the snow has melted and pretty soon, if they have not already, flowers will start sprouting with the excitement of spring. This also means Mother’s Day is a month away (May 11 for those that do not know). Therefore, it is time to start thinking of gift ideas.

As has been tradition, Discover Card is offering to save you some money with select merchants when making online purchases at some of your favorite stores.

From now through May 11, 2014, shop at select retailers listed above, and when going through the ShopDiscover portal, you will earn even more cashback in your account.

The two sweet spots we are excited to see in the list is Living Social and Groupon, both being bumped up to 10%. This once again puts ShopDiscover as the highest payout when shopping at those retailers (since we announced the Groupon decrease to 5% in October). I did not have time this time, but typically the other retailers cashback bonus is at the highest payout from all the portals too.

Be on the lookout for ramped up promotions from Groupon for Mother’s Day, making this an excellent opportunity to score some great bonuses.
