Discover Card has increased the cashback payouts on select vendors in honor of Mother’s Day 2013. I have said it before that I am not much of the traditional gift giver, as I much rather give memorable experiences. I would have really liked to see an increased payout for Groupon with this promotion, but the typical 15% cashback can not be beat when looking at the other competitors.
