I have been doing the trivias, but my points haven’t been posting in my reward programs, not sure why? At first I had linked to US Air for Grand Slam, they posted fine there. Then I switched to Best Buy and those took almost 6 months to post. Now I have it set as earning Starpoints, and points haven’t posted after 4 months… Any idea what’s going on?

    • @Ted F: I am assuming all of your partner accounts are linked to one Audience Rewards account. The issue you are experiencing if definitely abnormal as all our miles/points post within about a week. My guess is it all has to do with how you are signed in when you access the questions. Please make sure you are completely logged out of the partner program prior to answering the questions. So if you want to earn SPG points, make sure at the very bottom of the page you click Log Out before answering questions. Then, log in with your Audience Rewards/Starwood account info and proceed to answer the questions.

The only time I have experienced problems was when I was not properly signed in/out of the appropriate program. Good luck!

Pretty sure I am signed in correctly, but will try again. Thanks! The points do show up in the “Activity” page, just doesn’t show transferred to reward partner further down that page.
