The Lake Erie Monsters hockey team, located in Cleveland, OH, is running a promotion for their season opener game on Friday, October 7, 2011. The promotion, I received via email, states for every ticket purchased to the game, you will receive one Castaway Bay water park pass located at Cedar Point.

The cheapest tickets I could find to the game are $10 each. Therefore, with a family of four (assuming both of our sons 2 and under would need tickets to both the game and Castaway Bay), it would cost us $62.90 with fees. In reality, the Q Arena only requires tickets for those 2 and up; therefore, we would only need 3 seats. I also called and confirmed that Castaway Bay does not require tickets for kids 2 and under. Hmm…

There is some potential with this offer as the normal price of tickets to Castaway Bay run $29 each without any discounts.
