Travel is valid through March 31, 2014. Reservations must be for a minimum of 2-5 nights dependent on the resort. Some properties may provide limited housekeeping service included in the rate, such as trash removal and towel service, with full housekeeping available for an additional fee.

In Conclusion
For some families, staying in a small hotel room for their vacation does not align with the objectives of the trip. Therefore, it is becoming more and more popular for guests to rent out fully furnished condos that have their own private bedrooms, kitchens, dining and living areas. The extra room allows for families to spread out and enjoy the relaxation they have paid to receive.
It should be noted that Wyndham Extra Holidays and Shell Hospitality are vacation rental companies. What that means is that they are in the business of taking timeshare properties that go unused, and rent them out to the public to keep the rooms full.
From my research online, you will not be required to sit through a timeshare presentation, but they may try and pressure you into sitting down for one. It is up to you to determine if the level of additional stress is worth the savings offered.
