Delta Skymiles Audience Rewards Trivia Update (9-25-11)

It’s been more than a week since the Audience Rewards trivia questions had been updated. So I was happy to see today that new questions were posted for Delta Skymiles. 10 free miles available for answering the following questions.

  • Where did the concept behind Voca People originate? Israel
  • Which of the following musical films did Stephen Schwartz NOT contribute songs to? The Lion King
  • In its original Off-Broadway production, Lysistrata Jones was performed where? A gymnasium
  • True or False? Stephen Schwartz and Andrew Lloyd Webber are the same age and have birthdays within a few weeks of each other. True
  • Which of the following still playing shows was on Broadway on 9/11/01? The Phantom of the Opera

I am proud to also share some good news with the Amtrak Audience Rewards question. I will be sharing the latest questions and answers to the Amtrak trivia questions because of a great opportunity to be able to earn free points and then transfer them within Amtrak to other airlines and hotel reward programs. I will highlight all of this in a future post.

Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) Audience Rewards Trivia Update (9-16-11)

Good Friday to everyone! Today we finally have the next round of SPG Audience Rewards questions available to answer for some free points. I have had good luck this week because all 3 of my Delta accounts, and now my SPG page, are showing the 20 point/mile question. My patience, or earliness, has paid off. Now lets get to the questions.

  • How many Tony Awards has Stephen Schwartz been nominated for? 6
  • True or False? Andrew Lloyd Webber does not have a show called The Likes of Us. False
  • Before he worked as a lyricist, Don Black also tried his hand at what profession? Stand Up Comic
  • In Rent, Mark is an aspiring what? Film-Maker
  • In Bonnie and Clyde, what is Clyde’s last name? Barrow
  • (20 points) Lysistrata Jones was produced by what NYC theatre company before its Broadway premiere? Transport Theatre Company

There is still time to snag your free Delta and US Airways free miles via Audience Rewards. There is also a lot of hope riding on the US Airways questions and that they will count towards a “Hit” with the Grand Slam promotion. The latest questions were released the day the Grand Slam started, so there is a good chance when they credit a couple of days from now, they will register as a hit. We will see. I will be following the Grand Slam closely in other future threads. Good luck!

As a quick note, there are also Amtrak and Best Buy Audience Rewards trivia questions to earn free points, but I was not going to collect them unless my readers wanted me too. I am still going to hold off on the Best Buy program, but I am going to start documenting the Amtrak rewards in the future because I found an excellent benefit…the Show Points earned through the program can be converted 1:1 into Amtrak points, thus double points. Then Amtrak points can be converted into various other airline miles. I will talk about all of this in a future post.

The response to providing these questions and answers to earn you free miles and points has been wonderful, so thank you loyal readers for your support! Together we can get towards the goal of Save Money, Travel More.

As a reminder, the Delta questions also updated this week. There were only a couple of active questions, and I was fortunate enough to snag the 20 mile question in all three of our accounts.
