6,000 Priority Club Points via Rewards on the Go

This weekend, I will attempt to do the unthinkable, milk the points cow. We will be spending the weekend in Cincinnati thanks to some tremendous Groupon offers that will take us to EnterTRAINment Junction as well as take the Underground Tour. We are really excited to get away for the weekend as it seems like it has been far to long for an overnight getaway.

I am excited to be staying at the Crown Plaza Cincinnati North (11320 CHESTER ROAD CINCINNATI, OHIO 45246). The hotel is attached to Coco Key Indoor Water Resort, a 50,000 sq. ft. water park! After a long day of driving and watching trains going round and round, the water park will be a great end to the day. Our boys will surely be hyped up on all of the excitement from the weekend.

However, what does Mr. InACents love just as much as taking his family on vacation? Earning points, and this weekend I am hoping to get a mountain of Priority Club points thanks to some special promotions.

How many will actually go through and work? We will see after we return. The great thing is Priority Club allows you to register for all kinds of promotions, often times allowing one to greatly multiply their return on points.

First, courtesy of FlyingBear on MilePoint, earn up to 6,000 miles via the Rewards on the Go program.

Enroll by 5/31/12 and you’ll earn 1,000 bonus Priority Club points. Plus earn another 5,000 bonus points when you stay at any IHG U.S. hotel by 7/31/12.

Back in August of last year, I already had registered for the Rewards on the Go program, which only gave me 500 points at the time. I am doubtful I will earn the 1,000 point bonus again, but we never know. I am more excited about the 5,000 point bonus for our paid stay.

In addition to the above offer, here are all of the promotions that we hope to capture with our stay at a Priority Club property this weekend.

  • 3,000 Welcome Back/Elite Member Next Stay Bonus
  • Double Points for stays through April 30, 2012
  • 1,500 Bonus Points on your next stay within 90 days.
  • 1,000 Points per say for the next 90 days
  • 3,000 points on your next stay within 90 days
  • 5,000 points – weekend stay bonus (Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun)
  • 1,500 points on your next stay within 90 days

The later part of these promotions were thanks to Priority Club Insider.

Our one (1) night stay should earn us all of the above bonus points except for the weekend stay bonus. So in addition to double points earned for the stay, I am hoping to report back with an additional 15,000 Priority Club points for capturing one night stay. Potentially, 15,000 points is worth three free nights in a Points Break hotel, if available.

I value Priority Club points pretty high not because we use them to stay in high end properties, but because we have been able to turn Priority Club points into enough hotel nights to completely cover our nights in Oahu this summer, effectively saving our family thousands of dollars. In addition, redeeming the points was a very simple process. Therefore, if I get a chance to stay at a Priority Club property, and earn a diaper bag full of points, it is a win for our family.

Up to 2,000 Free Priority Club Points for Surveys & Email

I love when free points show up in my inbox. This morning, courtesy of Priority Club, they sent me a link to take some quick surveys and opt in for emails to receive some more free points. Sounds like a win to me!

Register to receive Deal Emails from Priority Club Cruises to earn 500 bonus points and be among the first to learn about sales and the hottest new offers.

Unfortunately, some if not all of these offers appear to have been around awhile. For instance, I was already signed up with a shopping account, receive emails, and had a card registered, which means I must have done this at some point in the past. I went ahead and deleted my email and re-added it, as well as added another credit card to see if it gives me the points again.

The dining program and offer is also nothing new, but I did not have an account under the Priority Club affiliate, so I went ahead and did it for the free points.

Still, the offer is a nice conglomerate of the information for those that are not registered with any of these programs.
